Very kind and very thorough. Audiologist amazed me when she quickly and gently removed a chunk of ear wax from my ear. Previously, a medical doctor could not remove the wax after repeatedly shooting water into my ear and causing pain with the blasting force of the water. 😊
New Sound Hearing is a wonderful center that provides excellent service. They are exceptionally professional, polite and well versed in the hearing arena . The knowledge and expertise we received is top notch. I took my mother there for the first time and they were so patient, kind and friendly it seemed as if we had known them for a long time. They really are concerned about changing your life for the better and getting to the root of your particular hearing needs. they ask a myriad of questions and allow you to voice your concerns even before the hearing screenings and test which seems like much needed therapy. I highly recommend allowing them to meet all of your hearing and sound needs. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know or come across with any interest , concerns , or hearing needs. I walked in and Brenda was ready for me to get started with my hearing test. She was very thorough and got me ready to choose my hearing aids.
Had to stop by to resolve an issue with my mom’s hearing aids. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, Pat was so very gracious and immediately performed diagnostics to identify the issue. Thankfully it was easily resolved and we were on our way. Thank you so much for the caring response to our problem. Love this team!!
